Great food, considerate staff, decent prices. I'd recommend ordering online rather than waiting in the store.

I agree with a previous reviewer - the food doesn't taste like much (I have been to other Chipotle restaurants). I've been to this location twice and have been unimpressed. The staff is very friendly, however, they assume everyone knows how to order their food. I hadn't been to a Chipotle in a while and forgot the choices and the staff members just looked at me like I was supposed to automatically know what was there.

Lives up to the standard of delicious chipotle. Standard fare that tastes good and fills well. Only complaint about this new location is the layout. Sort of hard to navigate and if you're looking for a high chair you need to wander down a weird tucked away hall. Service is good though, I went right when it opened, but around 3pm so the crowd was full but not slammed. Had a fine time and the staff handled things well.

Didn't taste like any other Chipotle. Rice was undercooked, chicken was not seasoned, cheese tasted different, and the chips were stale. I've never not finished a burrito bowl until now.

The food at chipotle is safe tasty food. It's not a high end restaurant but the food is good, the ingredients are healthy, and the prices make it easy to come back. Huge plus is that they have the nutrition facts for all their products online.

My husband and I walked in the restaurant at 11:00 a.m. so there is absolutely not excuse for how Dirty, Dirty, Dirty this place is. I found a pubic hair in my food. No kidding.... We debated whether or not to bring it to attention of the staff but we figured they were just going to replace my food from the same place the hair came from. We also figured the staff would ridicule us instead of actually showing a real concern. What's the point, we took the loss. The food containers are dirty. And yes, they are so cheap with the protein portions. I am and adult ordering an adult size meal, please serve an appropriate amount of protein. Filling the bowls up with rice, beans, and lettuce is what they do to make it seam like the serve huge portions.

As most of us already know, this place is awesome! The food taste good, its healthy for the most part, and its quick! During the week, coming home to cook after a long day and being stuck in traffic is not very likely. Chipotle provides a much better option than "fast food", which I hate! I really like the fact that they serve brown rice and the food is usually pretty fresh. The price is very reasonable and the portions are enough for two servings. The only reason I have to give 4 stars instead of 5; they often run out of items and you have to wait and the food is always cold by the time I eat it. However, neither of the two are serious enough to keep me out of here. I am so happy they opened up in my neighborhood!!

As much as I love Chipotle, I've had the worst experiences at this location. I have been here several times and I have never seen a Chipotle so filthy, at all times! I understand it's very fast and convenient but for it to be so dirty, it's beyond me! The last time I went, I ordered a burrito and salad bowl. They were going so fast that the girl helping me threw the ingredients in the bowl and half of it went on the counter. In front of me (obviously), she stars grabbing all the ingredients from the counter and throwing them on my plate. Umm, excuse me? She also was mixing in the mess she made from the person in front of me, including meat when I'm vegetarian. When I asked her to make a new one, she had the worst attitude and the manager didn't do anything to assist. Not even an apology. That was definitely my last time at this location even though it's most convenient for me. Chipotle team, I understand you want to be fast but when the quality of food and customer service are hurt by your "speediness" it goes against everything the company stands for!

These people haven't been trained properly!!! Shame on you management!!! I come from Virginia where you see lines wrapped around the building and have waited HALF the time that I waited here yesterday! Nobody knew what was going on and you could see it! One if the girls was putting chicken into a taco one piece at a time. Everyone should have a station assigned to them in order for this concept to work. They stopped in the middle of making my burrito several times to complete online orders before finishing mine. You should have a mini side station for online orders and a separate person operating it! I won't come here again unless it's right when they open the doors and I'm the first one in line! I was happy that they had carnitas as they don't sell it anymore in Virginia because of the quality of the pork.

Lines inside can be ridiculously long, the servers don't always appear to be on the same page as their counterparts. Chipotle does not give customers free chips has many other similar establishments do. Guacamole is ridiculously overpriced at $1.95. Sometimes the chicken and meat servings can be sparse. The brown rice tends to not be fully cooked, either this is always by mistake or just to rush the order and send it to the customers quickly. The burritos they use are very very thing and don't hold up well when being wrapped even for an experienced burrito wrapper at Chipotle, they need to fix their thickness of the burrito wrap. LIME fresh mex and Moes southwest grill are much better choices.

Pros: The staff is attentive, fast and very friendly. The multiple times I've been here the food has always been a hit. Being a popular place you can expect a long line but it is NEVER out of control. Even with long lines the service is fast. Cons: Seating area is somewhat cramped and they have weird sections hidden off on the sides in low light. This is my To-Go Chipotle.

This was the worst and most disgusting restaurant branch i have ever been to. It puts the name "Chipotle Mexican Grill" to shame. The workers are busier flirting than actually getting my food. The entire restaurant is disgusting and there are visible bugs flying around the food. Last time i went to this specific branch, a homeless man was outside screaming and cussing at the customers and the employees did nothing to stop him. I love Chipotle, but please fix this chain.

Well where I begin... I've been eating at Chipotles (99% of the time the one on 137th and Kendall drive) for years now, and I've always loved the food. But this is my third time giving this location a chance and yet again I have been disappointed. I am used to long lines but unlike other chipotles, their staff seems very unexperienced and improperly managed to handle a rush so waiting is more than usual. My usual is a steak bowl, double steak, and I feel full for days. But something about this place and their portions. I usually eat chipotle 4-6 times a month so I know how a proper bowl looks like, but this place has been known to cheap out on their portions. All the food seems to be lacking in flavor, something I haven't experienced anywhere else. Overall I am rating them 2 stars because of their unusually small portions and lack of customer service. I don't blame the employees as much as I do the managers. This is my last time coming to this Chipotle, hopefully they improve soon.

Very slow, lines move way to slow, food cold. By the time you reach the cash register you're frustrated! This chipotle can't compare to the rest! Very disappointing!

Placed an order on line to be picked up at 7:30 tonight. I ordered a bowl with barbacoa, black beans, cheese, sour cream and the hottest hot sauce. By the time my husband brought my food home, it was a bowl of soup! I could tell that they didn't drain the beans! Grossed me out big time!!!! I use to order my food with the white rice, but one time I (placed and order on line) the cilantro was OUT OF CONTROL!!!! I couldn't taste anything over it! I use to love coming to this place right after it opened. I can honestly say, if I do eat from there, I will not order online! I'll have to go in person.

Worst Chipotle experience ever. The seven to eight young workers were more concerned with discussing their various Starbucks orders and "long night" than serving the customers. They were all so rude. Does this place have any management on site? The food was decent, but not worth it for the horrible service.

I ordered he barbacoa burrito with a side of chips and salsa. Overall the meat was as I have experienced at other locations(maybe a little dry), the fajita veggies were under cooked and lacking onions, the chips were stale and the cheese was in limited supply so they put very little in the burrito (not SOP for Chipotle) My burrito was formed more like a chud(very thick but short) rather than a burrito therefore about halfway through it ripped open and I had to finish it with my hands.. It seems like the employees are getting used to working at the location therefore the service was friendly but very slow. When I went in there were about 15 people ahead of me and about 15 came in behind me in the time it took to get my food. I would consider visiting the location in a couple months once everything is settled in. I will let others be guinea pigs for now

The staff was nice and did the best they could to expedite the long line. I've never been to a Chipotle where the line wasn't somewhat long. Nonetheless, once ordering my food the staff was very attentive. The food was great! Chipotle gang!!!!

The food is good, and yes the staff is nice also. But I feel like at any chipotle, the issue is always the long lines and nowhere to ever sit. When I went in, the line was basically to the door and at every point that I looked at the door, it stayed the same. It was actually quite dirty in there, I hate when people leave lettuce and meat just sitting on the table for the next person to have to sit next to. Yuck!! Then, I was leaving and I saw and elder couple who just wanted some simple Chipotle and then they had to wait in a long line juat to get their food. They couldn't even go back to their car because it started pouring. Aww, how sad... :/

Ordered online at 1:30 for pick up at 2, it's 2:29 and I'm at the store waiting. It would have been faster to do the line. Got my order and it's wrong. FAIL

The store didn't feel like a chipotle, employees seemed careless and unfocused, the food was missing flavor. Rice was lacking cilantro and lime. Steak was not as spicy as we are used to, chicken was missing flavor, fagita was not cooked as usual the veggies were raw. I will give them another change in a couple of months, hopefully they get their act together.

The staff here is so friendly!! They make conversation with you as you order! The food tastes good, but the inside is kinda cramped

What can I say? I'm really happy there is finally a healthier food alternative to Mickey D's and T-Bell in this area now! Obviously, there is people traffic to be expected. The lunch rush is something you have to get over if you expect to eat here at all. But I have to say, the food is really good. I've had the carnitas burrito, chicken burrito bowl, and I've even had the vegan entree at one of the Chipotle locations in CA. The only downside is that the staff keeps getting changed. Every other week, there are new people preparing the food, and that doesn't exactly make for an amazing business. Apart from that, things can get crowded quickly, but luckily there are a few tables outside to eat at, and if you're not a prude about where you eat, you can plop yourself down in the Starbucks next door. 4 stars for taste but lack of continuity of staff.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
